Dear Parents,

It has been observed that requests for gate passes during school hours have become increasingly common. In this regard, all parents are requested to ensure that their ward attends school for the full school duration on all working days.

Please note that part-time attendance will not be considered as valid attendance, and gate passes will not be issued during school hours, except in genuine medical or other unavoidable emergency cases.

Parents are requested to plan medical appointments, personal engagements, and other non-emergency activities outside school hours to avoid disruption to their child's learning.

Your cooperation in maintaining regular attendance and academic discipline is highly appreciated.

प्रिय अभिभावकगण,

यह देखा गया है कि विद्यालय समय के दौरान गेट पास लेने के अनुरोध लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। आपसे अनुरोध है कि अपने पाल्य को प्रत्येक कार्य दिवस पर पूरे विद्यालय समय के लिए ही विद्यालय भेजें। कृपया ध्यान दें कि आंशिक (कुछ समय की) उपस्थिति को मान्य उपस्थिति नहीं माना जाएगा।

विद्यालय समय के दौरान केवल वास्तविक आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में ही गेट पास जारी किया जाएगा। सामान्य कार्यों, व्यक्तिगत कारणों अथवा पूर्व नियोजित कार्यक्रमों के लिए गेट पास जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।

आपका सहयोग विद्यालय में अनुशासन बनाए रखने एवं विद्यार्थियों की नियमित पढ़ाई सुनिश्चित करने में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
